While it’s impossible to create a “set in stone” business plan for 2018, you can put your attention on 4 main goals/focus areas, spread out over 4 quarters.  So, look back over your answers to Questions 2 & 3 and choose FOUR that would make sense to focus on.  You can plot them out over the year – one per quarter. (hint: answers to question 2 would most likely coordinate with being your Q1 or Q2 focus since they’re already on the horizon).

Important note: If you have signature events or programs that open up during certain times of the year, this is an excellent way to plot them and plan where your focus will be during that time!

Now, go ahead and OPEN UP YOUR GUIDE (you can access it HERE if you haven’t yet downloaded it) and fill out this section.  It’ll ask you to plot your milestones for…

QUARTER 1: JAN, FEB, MAR

QUARTER 2: APR, MAY, JUN

QUARTER 3: JUL, AUG, SEP

QUARTER 4: OCT, NOV, DEC

It’s totally okay if you’re not 100% sure about this, but the exercise will force you to think ahead!  (and, usually bring up a ton of great ideas on the “how!”).
