I had the pleasure of meeting Lizz Torgovnick when she became a coaching client of mine in the summer of 2016. \u00a0She was just stepping back into her company after giving birth to her first baby, Rosie. \u00a0Lizz and her two partners own Sequence Events, an events productions company that specializes in creating memorable experiences for their clients through amazing events. \u00a0As the Chief Creative Officer and Founder, Lizz found herself confused about how to show up to her company as her best self, no longer wanting – or able – to work around the clock in the way she had been used to! \u00a0In this incredible conversation, Lizz shares how she best prepared to go on maternity leave and set up her team for success without her in the picture (delegation mastery!) and a few of the biggest challenges she had coming back into the business after maternity leave. \u00a0She candidly shares about how her biggest ah-ha was taking ownership of her schedule so she could optimize her time and be the best mother and entrepreneur she could be! \u00a0And finally, we talk about baby #2. \u00a0\ud83d\ude09 <\/span><\/p>\n

Targeted Education.<\/b> \u00a0Because you\u2019re already on the entrepreneurial path (ie. you do not need the education to start<\/i> your business), you can focus 100% of your attention on the content that will help you GROW strategically. \u00a0Your job is to find reliable education that fits the needs of your growing company and fills in the gaps of your knowledge. \u00a0And because you\u2019re already busy running your business, it\u2019s vital that you spend your time in the most effective ways\u2026making sure that the education you\u2019re investing in is specific to the needs you have and the results you want to create.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
