Allie Weitzel has been an active member of the Biz Women Rock community for awhile now, so I was SUPER excited to have the opportunity to strategize with her! \u00a0She owns a company called <\/span>Summit Business Team<\/b> which provides small businesses with full service accounting, payroll, bookkeeping and strategic financial growth services! \u00a0Allie has had tremendous growth and has <\/span>doubled her business in the past year!<\/span><\/i> \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

During our call, I help Allie get clarity on two separate issues:<\/span><\/p>\n

How do I succinctly communicate to potential clients what I do? \u00a0(i.e. I\u2019m a \u201cone stop shop and I help everyone!\u201d). \u00a0This turned into an understanding of how to not overwhelm her clients with her every single service they offer, but how to instead strategically have successful \u201cdiscovery sessions\u201d or conversation so she can properly point them in the direction of the packages that would service each client the best!<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

How can I better manage my time? \u00a0I\u2019m so unfocused and can\u2019t seem to get my sh*t together! \u00a0During our conversation, I discover that Allie is in a \u201cfunk\u201d and can\u2019t seem to get herself out. \u00a0So, we talk openly about this and talk about very smart and strategic things she can do to get BACK into flow where she can be productive and happy again! \u00a0If you\u2019ve ever been in a funk or unfocused or just not in flow, <\/span>this is the conversation to listen to!<\/span><\/i> \u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
