It&#8217;s the middle of the week which means the weekend will be here before we know it! It also means that it&#8217;s Business Women Wednesday! Today we are excited to introduce you to Ashley Drummonds. Ashley\u00a0is a double-certified personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as certified in CPR and AED. She has a Bachelor\u2019s of Science degree in Business Management from Liberty University where she graduated with high honors and was recognized on the Dean&#8217;s list. With a background in sports and strength training, she has received multiple All-Conference and MVP awards in various sports such as, softball, cheerleading, basketball, and weightlifting. Ashley has worked in some of the Tampa Bay area\u2019s top athletic clubs and is recognized as a top trainer in the Tampa area according to NaturalBodyBuildingEvents.com. She is a part of the Working Women of Tampa Bay Affiliation with over five years of personal training experience.<\/p>\n<p>With a background in business, a passion for sales, experience managing one of Tampa&#8217;s Fast 50 Construction companies, and her love for health and fitness she is a native to the Tampa area who is committed to providing the community with the best health and wellness! Ashley\u2019s focus is to empower women teaching them both inner and outer strength through ABS (Authentic Beauty and Strength). Using her own personal experience and education, she has helped hundreds of individuals not just regain control of their health, but also regain control of their life!
