Lifesquire is a personal assistant service that began in Oklahoma City and after 7 years of success, they began franchising out their model and Amanda Broadway was one of its first franchisees.  She purchased the franchise in December 2016 and what made them special, according to Amanda, was their culture – how their staff members interacted with each other and their clients and how the company itself interacted with the community.  
And now, Amanda finds herself in the first year of growing her franchise in a different city and state (in Bradenton, Florida) and she’s figuring out that she needs clarity on WHAT she should do and WHAT actually works to make her new franchise successful in a different market!
