Business Women Wednesday: Chef Debbie Frangipane
Every Wednesday we will be highlighting one business woman and her professional story.
Today we are excited to introduce you to Chef Debbie Frangipane, also known as Dolce Debbie. Trained at the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Debbie Frangipane honed her skills while living in Venice, Italy. After perfecting her craft at Disney’s Grand Floridan Hotel and Armani’s in Tampa, Debbie chose to take her passion for the culinary arts to Della’s After Dark, a fine dining restaurant in the Tampa Bay area. Frangipane says, “You don’t choose to become a chef, it chooses you”.
In addition to her work with Della’s After Dark, Debbie is a frequent instructor at the Rolling Pin, and also participates in food events and hosts cooking shows. Debbie has written for the Tampa Tribune, has been a featured publisher for Foodbuzz.com, and was been listed as one of the top 25 chefs to follow on Twitter (by WeFollow.com). She is known nationally on Daytime TV as Dolce Debbie. Her ever evolving style offers a unique blend of Old World decadence and modern practicality.
