Today we’d like to introduce you to Sharon Fekete, also known as The Doctor Whisperer. Sharon has over 15 years experience managing, marketing, and supervising successful medical practices from New York to Florida. Her special style of results driven marketing and branding has her clients and staff looking at their practices in a whole new light. Sharon has a keen ability to work with people and teams, transforming under-performing offices into uber-medical centers.

Over the years Sharon has done it all. These responsibilities included but were not limited to managing practices with multiple locations, an evening division, 33+ staff members, & 4 physicians. Overseeing all operations including the front office, back office, finance and clinical staff. Responsible for opening & marketing satellite offices, in addition to HR responsibilities, team building and monthly meetings with physician partners. She has orchestrated, implemented, & created new business models to drive revenue into practices. She has designed websites, managed social media, while seeking out & attending relevant marketing events. Her introductions to referring professionals from her large network of contacts has proven to be most beneficial to all physicians she collaborates with daily.

Sharon has produced, directed and starred in a promotional music video for an evening division promotion in a large Pediatric Practice. She was also responsible for all event planning including blowout party for a 50th year in practice extravaganza. She has trained, hired and mentored office managers for eleven locations while marketing and developing all new locations. She acted as the liaison between 30 multi-specialty physicians and referring specialists, while specializing in team building meetings with all levels of management. Sharon was the operation team member that scheduled multi-specialty physicians and technicians for 44 satellite offices, including 11 divisions.

If that wasn’t enough, Sharon has also written 3 articles in Doctors Life Magazine, 4 articles in Healthy Cells of Tampa Bay Magazine, has been featured on Say Yes to the Dress, interviewed with the Weinstein Group in NY last week for a reality show that would feature her as a certified Stepfamily Coach helping families in crisis, and is currently in the process of finalizing last chapter of book written with Dr. Savel titled Things I Never Learned in Medical School and How I Found My Doctor Whisperer.
