Anastasia Leng spent much of her professional career as a Google team member. There, she focused on building out new and innovative programs and engineering how and if they would stick or not. By doing so, she was well-poised to have her own start up! In 2012, she and her fellow Google employee Ryan Hayward, founded Hatch.co, an online store that completely shifted the way customers buy. With its collection of items made from artisans and creatives, Hatch.co not only has become a powerful place for artists to showcase their work, but a place where consumers can come and find items and gifts that can be completely customized according to their desires.
