Mimi Kozma loves cooking.  And though she’s never been trained as a chef, she knew she wanted to do something meaningful with her passion.  So in early 2015, she launched her own YouTube TV Show called Food Hero Mimi Kozma, a beautiful show about giving back to local heroes by showering them with love, food and special extra surprises.  It’s a wonderfully touching show!  Just one season in, Mimi discusses how her YouTube Channel has attracted 250,000 views already, what she does on a daily basis to grow her personal brand and audience, why she’s doing an IndieGoGo campaign and what her monetary strategy is.  It’s a fascinating conversation with a tremendous business woman!
