Through the down turn in 2008, Melina and her husband chose to look at the real estate as being “on sale,” and capitalized on the marketplace. She focused on helping those with distressed homes, which caused her business to have massive success. As more and more people came to them asking them how they were thriving, Melina and her husband started the New Wealth Advisors Club to bring together the real estate investor community with a core of education and peer support.
