Samantha Abrams and her life partner, Ian started Emmy’s Organics out of Ian’s mom’s kitchen in 2009 (her name is Emmy) ;).  They both had a passion for raw, vegan food and soon, Ian’s special macaroon recipe was being created for local shops and markets.  Since then, they’ve grown tremendously…you can see Emmy’s Organics in independent shops all around the nation as well as in Whole Foods!  In this incredible interview, Samantha talk about her sales strategy, what happens when a store purchases your product and how they’ve continued to evolve for growth!
