Karen Emanuel started Key Productions in 1990 and has since built an 8 million pound business! Her company produces the products needed for musicians and artists – vinyl records, CDs, DVDs, Digital and promotional products.  Since she began, she’s grown her company by acquiring two more!  She also owns an eco-resort on a like island in Nicaragua!  (Built it from scratch!).  In this fascinating interview, Karen talks about her entrepreneurial journey, her style of leadership and why her team has been with her for so long, her biggest surprises in developing the eco-lodge and how Key Productions has been able to deal with the continually evolving technology of the music industry!
