Jessica Rivelli began Working Women of Tampa Bay because she couldn’t find the kind of networking group she was craving as a young professional. Five years and 850 members later, the Working Women Enterprise has grown into other markets throughout the state of Florida (and national growth isn’t too far away!). In this inspiring interview, Jessica shares her story of how she’s built her company and how she’s leading the movement of women supporting and motivating women in business!

When Working Women of Tampa Bay was bursting, Jessica decided to open up in the Orlando market. As she develops her plan for opening up into Jacksonville and South Florida, she realizes that she has to do a ton of research to know who’s already there and if that particular market is looking for the value she provides. Also, her research will better help her create a community culture for that particular area that is best suited for their unique personality!
