When things are falling apart, you may have to hide the pain and chaos in order to let creativity continue to produce. In 2008, Joy Gendusa’s company was on a high. With record profits, they began construction on their new location. A year later, she found herself in a personal hell as the banks were calling her loan and scrutinizing her finances. For two years while the ugly battle continued, she took no paycheck and carried the burden alone so her company could continue to create and produce revenues. She understood that introducing that energy into her company would stifle growth. Give creativity the environment it needs to grow!

Numbers, Metrics and Graphs…Oh My!
