Julia Warren started celebrate! RVA! when she was a junior in high school (at the age of 15) because she wanted to give underprivileged kids a birthday party that would celebrate their life and make them feel special! She quickly became a non-profit and is able to provide awesome birthday parties to kids in Richmond, Virginia every month!  In this interview, Julia (now 18) talks about how she finds and writes grants that fund her organization, how she manages volunteers and why millennials want to have an impact they can see!
