With three completely different businesses, two daughters and chickens in her backyard, Courtney Feider (pronounced “Fighter”) may seem like she’s all over the place.  But the exact opposite is true: she knows exactly who she is, what she wants and how she’s getting there.  Her first business was Adrian + Sabine, an agency that helped companies with their brands and plan events.  Out of that evolved her main business, The REN Method, a consulting firm where she focuses on helping companies engage with women, millennials and creatives from the ground up.  Her third company Fig & Honey is a product of her love of natural products.  In this inspiring interview, Courtney shares why she scaled down her Adrian + Sabine business (why bigger isn’t always better!), her best methods of branding and how she manages to stay in line with what she wants her life to be!
