When I asked Linda how she differentiated herself from all the other consultants out there, she said that even from the beginning, she didn’t take every client. To help her see who she should take on or not, she developed an assessment that would clearly show her what CEOs and leaders of companies would be the best clients for her. She only would take on the clients who would be a great fit for her.
How To Find a Mentor
Linda has a great philosophy when it comes to mentors: find the person who will be able to help you with your current needs, laser focus on them and then go get them! Get over any thoughts of “who am I to call her?” There are so many great people out there who are willing to give their time and expertise to you…just ask!
