Pamela O’Hara started BatchBook.com in 2006 as a way to create a “digital rolodex.” As a business woman and a mother, Pam is committed to running a company that can adapt to the unique needs of both its employees and its customers to foster better organization, increased productivity and a more balanced life. She is very down to earth and sharp as a knife in business!

“Selling” is not a Bad Term
One of BatchBook’s evolutions was to readjust the paradigm in which they viewed the selling of their product. Before, they were hesitant and awkward with sales, but made a conscious shift to BELIEVING that what they provided was SO valuable to businesses! So, naturally, clients would happily give their money as an exchange of acknowledging this value!
How To Build a Loyal Community of Supporters
In the very beginning, Pamela reached out to her network (who basically consisted of all the people who came to her wedding) to announce BatchBook.com. She continued to communicate with this growing audience in the first few years and share the company’s growth, challenges, idea, etc. By doing this, she created a community of people who took total ownership over BatchBook and supported it no matter what!
