Holly Green started Norabloom Beauty Lounge 17 years ago when she just had her daughter and was looking for a way to stay home with her.  What started as a one woman show has blossomed into a team that runs the Ithaca, New York organize beauty spa.  Then, eight years ago, she had the brilliant idea to launch her own skin care line, Norabloom Botanicals.  In this interview, Holly talks about the tools that help her automate her business, the toughest moments she’s encountered and how she’s worked through them and her goal for building our her products brand.
