When Heba Ahmed Malki was fired from her job, her husband rejoiced!  He had run a construction company for years, and was elated that she could not help him run the business.  Her first order of business was to rebrand and redo all their systems.  She changed the name to domilya GROUP and started networking with the market she knew made most of the decorating and construction decisions in the household: women.  Since she took over the business, her revenues have skyrocketed!  She reports that they’ve already hit the revenues they earned last year (this is as of February 2015) and expects over 50% growth year to year!  In this inspiring interview, Heba talks about how she systemized the business, how she and her husband manage their disagreements 🙂 and how she plans on scaling out such a boutique company.
