After 5 years of being a doula (an advocate, organizer and support for pregnant and post-partum couples), Alice decided to launch YourDoulaBag.com because she saw the need in the marketplace for products that doulas want.  She then started YourDoulaBiz.com, an SAS (software as a service) product that helps doulas manage their business.  She has also created 100% Doula, which will provide online training and a membership community, which will then become the home for all the doula resources!  In this amazing interview, Alice shares how she’s building THE place to go for this unique, niche audience.  She’ll also discuss a clever way she markets to the few and accesses the many!  She’s an incredible entrepreneur whose focus on the small niche of doulas is proving very powerful!
