You’ve never seen fire like drive like Ashley Drake!  The founder of The Natural Grip willed her company into existence when she simply saw the market for a problem she was having.  The Natural Grip is a grip you can use to protect yourself from tearing up your hands while lifting, doing cross training or cycling. Ashely appeared on Shark Tank in November 2014 and is one of the most confident and driven entrepreneurs that’s ever been on the show (and it will be evident when you listen to our interview!).  In this incredible interview, she shares about how they sold product in the early days without a website and by leveraging social media, how she handled being in the Shark Tank and what the aftermath REALLY looks like!
